Who doesn't like the idea of clean? A clean work space, clean car, clean rooms, and clean underwear... The problem with clean things is that they don't stay clean forever. The items we find ourselves wanting to clean but can't tend to get tossed to the side, trashed, or replaced at a high cost. Objects like jewelry, electronics, and household goods can be cleaned professionally but it is costly. But what if there was a way you could easily get the professional clean in your own home? There is a machine for this and it is called the ultrasonic cleaner.
The cleaner uses a method known as cavitation to remove different kinds of residue from the surface of objects using different types of solutions. But wait there's more!! The machine can work on all kinds of different surfaces and (depending on the machine's size) small to large items.
Cavitation is a huge burst of energy that creates bubbles which quickly increase in size until they burst against the surface of an item. To go a little more in depth, the cavitation process uses bubbles created by high frequency pressure to agitate a solution. This creates mini explosions on the surface of the item being cleaned to loosen and remove built up debris even in small crevices.
You know that precious ring inherited from your grandmother that looks like it needs a professional grade cleaning? That carburetor that might have to be replaced because there is no way to get all that oil off? How about that good old trusty screwdriver? It's tough to find a way to reverse time on these and restore them back to their former glory. That is where an ultrasonic cleaner can come in handy.
Since the invention of the first ultrasonic cleaner there have been many different types of ultrasonic cleaners with varying features. Over time some of the machines evolved and expanded their features, adding degassing, sweeping, digital time, automatic shutoff if the water level gets too low.
There are not many machines out there that have those features but it is good to find one that does because it makes cleaning your goods simple and effective. Always be sure to have the right cleaning solution for the right object and follow the proper dilution ratio labeled on the cleaning solution.
