Unresponsive Power Supply Part 2

Has your power supply been unresponsive even out of locked mode? The screen wont react to any buttons you touch but somehow there is still power outputting.

This generally happens when there is a loose connection from the display board to the main board. The best way to fix it is to open the unit and check for the connection. It would be a grey ribbon or a red and black cord. It would run from the front of the unit to the back. To do this:

1. Open the unit by removing the screws on both sides of the units.
2. Check the back of the unit to see if there is any loose connections.
3. If there are then reconnect them.
4. If not, the machine may need the wire replaced.
