Are you a regular component picker upper who is used to using manual pickup tools? Have you ever thought about a vacuum pump system? Now you may be thinking "yeah, I have seen one of those before it's nothing special" but it truly is. Powered vacuum pickup pumps are very different from manual vacuum pumps in several ways.
For one, it uses a powered vacuum pump, giving the user a constant vacuum source. This is important because it allows the user to determine the timing of when the component will be picked up and properly placed down. Manual vacuum pumps do not have that degree of control. Some of them are hard to use when dealing with multiple components.
The powered vacuum is more efficient than manual vacuum pumps, but for short term use the manual tool may make more sense. While not as powerful as the powered tool it comes at a very low price and is perfect for picking up small components.
